It’s been a long, cold winter in the northeast, we need some sun, and, we need to see what has been going on while we were in hibernation. Hello Cyril E. King airport, hello ferry, hello Smoothie Stand – we’ve missed you all!

      

 

We are truly blown away by the progress that has been made since our last trip in January. We have an enclosed structure that looks like a house, and we decided we didn’t screw up the stucco color, we love it! See that little yellow generator – that is the star of this show. As we still do not have electricity this little baby provided the juice to build this entire house. When there is a will, there is a way…

Two magicians/acrobats from Florida fly in to install the roof tiles. The shipping costs to import these roof tiles from France costs almost as much as the tiles! Oh but we have been dreaming of this roof for years…
